Shipping Information
Most smaller size items (weighing less than 10 pounds) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Heavier items are shipped via UPS Ground. If you are located within 50 miles of our location we reserve the right to delivery via our truck. If you need expedited shipping, please call our office number M-F 9-5:30 CST 601-391-7000 for a shipping estimate to your location.
Refused Shipment/Undeliverable Package
If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost caused by your decision or error even if the item was shipped with no shipping charges.
